What is TDEE?

TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is the total number of calories you burn in a day, including your basal metabolic rate (BMR), physical activity, digestion, and non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT).

TDEE Components:

Activity Level Guide
